Forte Hydra Creatine is an oral hydration solution formulated with electrolytes, creatine, and essential vitamins to support hydration, muscle function, energy metabolism, and physical performance. It contains sodium and chloride to help maintain water-electrolyte balance, while potassium, calcium, and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Niacin, Folic Acid, and Biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Several of these nutrients also support normal psychological and nervous system function. Creatine enhances physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.

DIRECTIONS
Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, before, during, or after exercise; or anytime you need support for hydration, muscle function, or energy recovery.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Suitable for adults and active individuals only. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of drinking water. Stir until fully dissolved. Prepare the solution immediately before use. Do not add sweeteners or other ingredients.
